New homebuyers Anthony and Susan Southey found their perfect place in a new build home at Tewkesbury Meadow, Gloucestershire.
Anthony, an architect, and Susan, retired, purchased a four bedroom Arlington house type at the popular development in Tewkesbury after relocating from Shaftesbury, North Dorset.
Anthony, 66, said: “We were initially looking at buying a pre-owned property in the same area and viewed several houses, which weren’t quite what we were looking for. After we discovered Tewkesbury Meadow, this particular plot just ticked all our boxes and the development was perfect for our needs.
“The location was very important for us because we wanted to be closer to our family in Cheltenham. We set our hearts on the Arlington house type from the beginning and the development has ideal community spirit, which makes a big difference to our lifestyle.
“Also, Tewkesbury is a superb local historic town and offers easy access to Cheltenham, Gloucester and the surrounding countryside.
“Our favourite room in the house is the open plan kitchen/dining area as it is perfectly positioned facing our beautiful garden.”
