We served up a treat for our residents at Banbury Rise
Neighbours at Banbury Rise got to know each other a little better with our Summer Fun Day held in August.
We understand buying a new home isn't just about the bricks and mortar - you want to feel right at home from the very beginning, and what better way to feel that way than knowing you're part of a wonderful new community?
We organised a hog roast for residents at Banbury Rise, with approximately 140 people joining us out to enjoy a day of food, fun and family activities.
Food was provided by The Pig Roast Hire Company, and the event also featured face painting by Banbury-based make-up artist Pierangela Manzetti.
Sally Holt, Regional Sales Manager at Bloor Homes Western, said: “We have buyers from all stages of the property ladder at Banbury Rise and we thought it would be wonderful to get our residents together by hosting a family Summer Fun Day for them to enjoy.
“At Bloor Homes, we pride ourselves on building not just homes but communities, and events like this are a great way of enabling our residents to meet their neighbours and get to know them a little better.
“It was great to see so many of our purchasers sharing stories over a drink and a bite to eat and we hope some of them will have formed lasting friendships. Since we launched Banbury Rise, it has proved very popular with home-hunters and we are extremely proud of the community which is forming here.”
