Former secretary Sue and chartered surveyor David purchased a four-bedroom detached Titchfield house type at the popular Bloor Homes development in Lyme Regis.
The couple, who previously owned a three-bedroom house in Bridport, always liked the idea of living by the sea and are thrilled to have moved into their superior new home just in time for the summer.
Sue said: “We know Lyme very well as David’s mother lived here for 45 years, so we have been visiting many times over the years and we love it.
“Initially, we didn’t intend to buy a new build property, but after searching for a little while with no luck we decided to see the progress of the Woodberry Copse development.
“The sales team was brilliant, and when Amanda showed us around the showhomes we really liked what we saw. The spaciousness of the homes and quality of the fixtures and fittings really impressed us.
“So, when the plot we set our hearts on was made available, David and I paid another visit to the development and fell in love with the house we are now in. It’s our dream home, we like spending time in the house and are really pleased that we will be here to enjoy the summer in Lyme.
“What we like most about the Titchfield is the layout of the rooms and while it is a contemporary design, it is still very homely. We are extremely satisfied with the high-quality appliances in the kitchen too.”
