Linda finds her happy place at Woodberry Copse

New home buyer Linda Doughty had aspired to living by the sea for many years and she moved across the country from Brixworth, Northamptonshire to Dorset in 2016 and has never looked back.
Business owner Miss Doughty, set her heart on buying a home in Lyme Regis specifically due to its picturesque coastal setting and convenient location. However, she didn’t initially think new build would be the right choice for her.
Linda, 52, who then went on to purchase a four-bedroom detached Arlington house type said:” Buying a home in Lyme Regis was a dream of mine and I am delighted that this is now reality. I didn’t initially think new build property would tick all my boxes, but after visiting Woodberry Copse this completely changed.
“The sales advisor Janet, was brilliant in listening to all my needs and concerns. There was no pressure and she suggested the perfect property, the one I now live in.
“I was very impressed with the build quality; the layout of the Arlington is just wonderful, and I really like the position of the house as it’s next to an open space.
“I always wanted to live by the sea and Lyme Regis is such a special place with strong community spirit, very lively and there is a lot going on all year around. I even joined the Gig Rowing Club and met lots of new people, which is great.”
Talking about the house type and its benefits, Linda added: “My favourite room is the kitchen/diner because it’s a beautiful open space which was lots of natural light thanks to the great position of the house.
“I spend most of my time in there along with my two lovely cats, who also picked the kitchen as their favourite room. I really like Woodberry Copse and everyone is so friendly.
“What’s more, the customer service I received was fantastic. The sales team were great, and the buying process was very easy, everything went straightforward.”
