Show Homes unveiled at Cheddar development
The show home at Bloor Homes’ development in Cheddar was officially unveiled on Saturday 13th January.
The launch of the four-bedroom Rainham show home was a great success, with a high number of visitors over the course of the weekend.
Located in the beautiful village of Cheddar, Bloor Homes @Cheddar offers a fabulous collection of 90 new homes with plenty of open space.
Once completed, the development will be a stylish collection of two to five-bedroom homes, providing an excellent choice for all types of purchasers.
To ensure that the interior design of the show home complements the quality and craftmanship of the exterior, Bloor Homes worked with interior designers from Artspace.
Explaining the inspiration behind the design of the Rainham show home at Bloor Homes @Cheddar, Ella Kleinig of Artspace said: “For the Rainham show home we looked to the beautiful rural areas that surround the development, but also wanted to incorporate the identity of this charming village.
“The design concept for this home centres around a contemporary, vibrant scheme. I have opted for indulgent bold colour palette with accents of mulberry and soft blush for an altogether inviting ‘look’.
To create a more sophisticated feel, I have taken a playful approach with the furniture, incorporating marble texture, striking gold decorative lights and warm woods.”
The children’s bedroom was designed by a Cheddar First School pupil, who participated in the Bloor Homes’ design a bedroom competition. Cerys Latham, a year four pupil, created a magical woodlands themed room which is now brought to life at the Rainham show home.
