A new sales director has taken charge at Bloor Homes’ North West division to oversee the expansion of both the sales team and the region’s offering.
A new sales director has taken charge at Bloor Homes’ North West division to oversee the expansion of both the sales team and the region’s offering.
Based at Bloor’s regional office in Holmes Chapel, James Clark has stepped into the role, after 11 successful years with property developer Countryside.
The 36-year-old started his career in the residential development sales industry climbing the ladder to Sales and Marketing Director with Countryside.
He is now looking forward to using his wealth of experience to aid in the growth of Bloor’s North West division.
Speaking of his new role James said: “I am delighted to join Bloor Homes. I was attracted by the Company ethos and I am looking forward to contributing to the region’s growth.”
