Standish Panthers JFC secures new Bloor Homes sponsorship deal

Standish Panthers JFC is hoping to propel itself to the next level after securing a new sponsorship deal with housebuilder Bloor Homes.

The developer, whose Standish Grange development is off Pepper Lane, has provided £4650 to the club to sponsor the kits and jackets for the 15 teams.

The club plays its home matches at the Shevington High School, which is just two miles away from the Bloor Homes at Standish development.

Tony Barnes, Standish Panthers JFC Chairman, said: “I would like to personally thank on behalf of the committee, coaches, players and parents/guardians Bloor Homes for the fantastic support shown to our club by sponsoring our new home kit, to be able to kit out virtually all our age groups with a brand new kit design with a quality brand such as Stanno shows real commitment to grass roots and local junior sport.

“Standish Panthers JFC were formed in 2003 and have grown to 15 teams with over 160 players, affiliated to the Lancashire FA and playing in 4 different leagues from U7’s to U15s the club are progressing annually and hope to create more junior teams over the next twelve months and move to a new home in 2018.

“To have the support of Bloor Homes whilst on this journey is a real sign of intent and we hope to work alongside them over the forthcoming years.”
