The Farrelly’s find their perfect new Bloor Home
For Jenna and Kevin Farrelly, a new build home and the location of Bloor Homes’ Beamish Place development in Sandymoor was a major draw when they were looking for their forever home.
Both 34, Jenna and Kevin moved just down the road from Runcorn, with their two children, Roman and Maycee. The family were the first to move into their new home at the development, which officially opened last month.
Jenna explains: “We have always wanted a new house in Sandymoor as we love new builds. We chose Bloor Homes as we really feel their houses stand out from the crowd. Many new builds look the same, but Bloor Homes are different. The quality is so much better and there is a real attention to detail.”
Jenna and Kevin purchased a three-bedroom detached Heywood house-type and moved in last month, straight after the development opened.
Jenna continues: “What attracted us to Beamish Place was the location. It is really close to a good high school for our children when they are old enough, as well as being near to an excellent range of local amenities. Work is just a 20-minute drive away down the motorway
“The fact that the houses are well spaced out and the roads are so wide also drew us to the development. We particularly love Georgian-style windows in the lounge, which floods the room with light. They are just gorgeous.
“You can tell that Bloor Homes has really thought about every little detail. The rooms are all good sizes and the high ceilings really maximise that feeling of space. There is also plenty of storage, which is really handy.
“Our bedroom is like our very own hotel suite, with its beautiful fitted wardrobes and luxurious en suite bathroom.
“I would recommend Bloor Homes to everyone; we have been extremely impressed, from the minute we contacted them in March through to collecting the keys to our lovely new home. Everyone has made us feel like valued customers, from the staff in the office and the site managers through to the workers on site.
“They are always happy to help and are extremely efficient. We are going to be extremely happy in our forever home and we look forward to seeing the street develop as more new residents move in!”
