BLOOR HOMES NORTH WEST WINS LABC WARRANTY AWARDS
Bloor Homes is celebrating a big win after being once again recognised at a prestigious industry awards ceremony for its outstanding work in several North Wales developments.
Soon after the success of Mike Hinchliffe in collecting the 2017 LABC Warranty North Wales Regional Site Manager Award for his brilliant work at Parc Jasmin, Broughton, it is with no surprise that Shaun Marshall and Nick Schofield were also announced as LABC Warranty North West Award winners for Site Managers of the Year for their excellent work at Saxon Gate, Crewe.
Adding to the great achievements of Bloor Homes, Richard Eastham was highly commended at the 2017 North Wales LABC Warranty Awards for his work at Bloor’s Eastham Green development, putting him among the top three site managers in the region.
The awards recognise the outstanding contribution of site managers who have a vision for quality and who go that extra mile to deliver the highest standards in construction. With over 3000 eligible site managers, it is a great honour to have been selected as one of the regional finalists.
All four Bloor representatives Mike, Shaun, Nick and Richard will be attending the LABC Grand Finals on November 10th at the Westminster Park Plaza in London, to compete for a national building excellence title.
Mike, said: “It is a great feeling to be recognised for your hard work and dedication in marking customers happy through the quality of service you provide, so I am delighted to have won this prestigious LABC Warranty Award.”
Shaun and Nick, said: “Our Saxon Gate development has provided a range of much-needed new homes in a highly desirable area and that makes us very proud to have been involved in the delivery of the scheme."
“It is a huge honour to receive a LABC Warranty Award and we are both over the moon because just to be nominated is a great achievement in itself, but to win the award is incredible.”
Richard added: “It is always good to be acknowledged for the work that you do, so I’m delighted to have been highly commended in this year’s LABC Warranty Awards."
“For me, the most satisfying part of the job is handing over the keys to a customer knowing they are happy with their new house, but it’s also great to be recognised by the industry for your efforts.”
