First homes released for sale at The Elms in Uppingham
The first homes at Bloor Homes' The Elms development in Uppingham, has now released its first homes, off plan for sale.
A selection of four-bedroom houses at The Elms are now available to buy off-plan from Richardson estate agents in Stamford, priced between £409,950 and £449,950.
Located off Leicester Road, to the west of Uppingham town centre, The Elms will comprise a range of high quality three and four-bedroom family homes for sale.
Construction work began on the development earlier this year and the first residents are expected to move in to their homes in the autumn. The sales centre and showhome at The Elms are due to open to the public in July.
