Bloor Homes opens doors to Mickleover development

Buyers took a first look inside Bloor Homes' new homes development in Mickleover, on Saturday 12th May.

Bloor Homes will opened the doors to its sales centre and two showhomes at Manor Farm Fields, on Saturday 12th May.
Located off Swayfield Close at the western edge of the village, Manor Farm Fields is a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes for sale.
The development had already proved popular with buyers before the launch, with 13 of the homes already  reserved off-plan, from its Alms Meadow development in Etwall.
The launch gave prospective purchasers the first chance to visit Manor Farm Fields, see how the development was taking shape, and take a tour of the two new showhomes.
Michele Rose, Regional Sales Director at Bloor Homes Midlands, said: “There has been a tremendous response from buyers ever since we released the first homes for sale off-plan at Manor Farm Fields so we were thrilled to be officially opening our sales centre to the public.
“Manor Farm Fields is in an excellent location on the edge of Mickleover, just five miles from the centre of Derby, and combines the appeal of country living with the convenience of the city, so it’s hardly surprising that the development is proving so popular.
“There will be a wide selection of house types available at Manor Farm Fields, catering for a range of buyers, and we were excited to showcase our Osterley and Studland showhomes to visitors at the launch weekend.”
The Osterley is a spacious and versatile four-bedroom detached house which is perfect for growing families. On the ground floor there is a bright and airy open plan kitchen/dining/family area, which is ideal for entertaining, a stylish lounge, a home office/study, a separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs there are four large double bedrooms, two of which have an en suite shower room. The master suite also boasts a luxury walk-in dressing area with quality fitted wardrobes, while the family bathroom comes complete with contemporary Roca sanitaryware.
The Studland is a stylish three-bedroom house which is ideal for first-time buyers. There is a modern open plan kitchen/dining area with French doors leading to the garden, separate lounge and utility area. The spacious master bedroom has stylish fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room, and the family bathroom features white Roca sanitaryware.
