Mayor launches showhomes marking Bloor Homes' return to Waterlooville

The Mayor of Winchester, Cllr Angela Clear, officially opened Bloor Homes’ new showhomes at the company’s Woodland’s Edge development at a VIP event last Friday (12th May).

The event also celebrated Bloor Homes’ return to Waterlooville where its new development of two, three and four-bedroom homes is under construction, having previously built at Berewood between 2012 and 2017. A third Bloor Homes development, Larkfields, will launch later in the year.

The new homes builder is pleased to be back, as Sales Director Lucy Reynolds explains: “It is fantastic to see how the community at Berewood has grown over the years. Having built here before we already feel part of it and have had such a warm welcome back to the area with lots of interest since we started selling at Woodland’s Edge in January.

“Now we can welcome visitors to the showhomes we can showcase everything our beautiful new, energy efficient homes have to offer. A huge thank you goes to Mayor Clear for launching the new showhomes and supporting us as we return to the area.”

The three-bedroom detached ‘Saxondale’ and four-bedroom detached ‘Dawlish’ showhomes are now open to the public.

Florence Brassey, Sales Manager at Woodland’s Edge added: “We pride ourselves on the high quality of our new homes and we’re really excited to show them off here at Woodlands Edge for the first time.”

She adds: “As an additional bonus this month, anyone reserving in May who meets the criteria could benefit from up to £500 / month mortgage contributions.”
