Innovative Sales Suite with 3D model debuts at Thurston Grove VIP Launch
CGI showing Thurston Grove: booking an appointment at the new development when the showhomes launch this weekend will enable visitors to see the homes and street scenes as a 3D interactive model
Visitors to Bloor Homes’ Thurston Grove development at Thurston near Bury St Edmunds will not only be the first to see the new showhomes as they are unveiled, they will also be the first to experience the development as a digital 3D model, brand new technology to Bloor Homes.
Carrie Claxton, Sales Director for Bloor Homes, said: “Some locations are really special, and Thurston is definitely one of them. Our new homes are surrounded by woodland which already makes this new development feel established and very homely.
“We’re really looking forward to welcoming those who have already registered to receive priority marketing information to our VIP event on Saturday 24th May. We have a limited number of appointments which are already getting booked up, so we’re inviting people to get in touch now if they would like to speak to our sales team about a specific home or plot.”
Carrie adds: “All visitors will be the first to see our stunning four-bedroom showhomes, while the 3D model enables visitors to see the plots, street scenes and house styles in situ – it really is a great visual tool.”
Located 4 miles east of the popular historic town of Bury St Edmunds, and mentioned in the Domesday Book, Thurston is a desirable village location in the Suffolk countryside. While its history spans many centuries it is now sought after for its commuter links to Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge and London, via road and rail, especially as there is a small train station within walking distance in the village. With great schools and a community feel, Thurston has a lot to offer.
Bloor Homes is building 210 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes across fourteen different house styles - homes that include air source heat pumps and Electric Vehicle charging points, with solar panels as a further optional extra, bringing 21st century energy efficient and more sustainable homes to the local area.
Prices start at £275,000 for a two-bedroom Dekker house style and vary according to house style and plot.
Carrie adds: “Due to the appeal of the local area and desirable location we are already experiencing a great deal of interest in the launch – we have already taken our first reservations ahead of the showhomes opening which shows the enthusiasm for our new homes here.
“There’s still time for people to register online and come along to the VIP event on Bank Holiday Saturday - simply visit our Thurston Grove development page which can be found on our website at bloorhomes.com. The public are also welcome to come and see the showhomes on Sunday 25th May or Bank Holiday Monday.”
The showhomes are a Langley four-bedroom home which has a spacious, light filled kitchen, dining and family space spanning the whole of the back of the house for modern living, as well as a separate study and lounge, and four double bedrooms upstairs – en suite to the master, and a large family bathroom.
The Hurston offers the best in flexibility and can be either a three- or four-bedroom home, allowing families to flex as they grow, or provide three good size bedrooms with the fourth upstairs to use as an office, walk-in wardrobe, or hobby room.
Thurston Grove is located off Beyton Road in Thurston and the showhomes and new style sales centre will be launching to the public by appointment only on Bank Holiday Sunday 25th May and Monday 26th May. To find out more visit bloorhomes.com
