Demand for new homes in Rochford is high with five reservations since Bloor Homes launch
Bloor Homes has reported five home reservations and over 60 sets of visitors since the showhomes at its Kings Hill Park development on Ashingdon Road in Rochford opened on 4th November.

“Even before we launched the development this summer, we had been inundated with enquiries. There is currently a variety of eight different two, three and four bedroom house styles to choose from in the first releases at King’s Hill Park, with two bedroom homes starting at £365,000, three bedroom homes starting at £400,000 and four bedroom homes starting at £460,000.
