Jack Costello, Sales Director for Bloor Homes’ South Midlands region, said: “We know people may have been waiting to see what would happen in the general election before looking for their next move. Now that is decided, we are looking forward to welcoming people to Harlestone Park to explore their options with us so they can make informed, long-term decisions about moving to their next home.
“We have three styles of three-bedroom homes and three styles of four-bedroom home, all ready to move into this summer with no forward chain, with all the benefits of buying new, plus some added extras. For example, some of the homes come with flooring, upgrades, turf and financial contributions, and as they’ll all be ready this summer, coming to see us now could be a great move!”
The three-bedroom home styles showcased at the event and ready to move into now with no forward chain are The Wilton £425K (Plot 304) which has a number of upgrades as well as flooring included; and The Lawrence £350K (Plot 343) which comes with a contribution towards Stamp Duty and also includes flooring and turf.
Visitors can also see The Grovier £295,000 (Plot 371) which will be available to move into in the autumn, with the option to personalise some features if reserved now.
Meanwhile the three four-bedroom homes – The Harwood (Plot 355) and The Langley (Plot 359) will be available to move into in August or September. The Harwood comes with a £15K Deposit Boost and The Langley has a Deposit Contribution of £15K. The Burns £440K (Plot 320) is available to move into and comes complete with flooring, upgrades and turf.
Jack adds: “The event on 13th and 14th July is for people to come and see the homes and find out in one place and on one day, everything they need to know about the process of buying a new home. While there are three different three-bedroom homes available and three four-bedroom homes, there’s only one of each style, so now is the time to talk to us to secure the home you’d love.”
