Bloor Homes announces new homes at Winslow Park ahead of launch
Residents in Winslow, Buckinghamshire can now have a first glimpse of the new homes being built at Bloor Homes’ new development of just 120 energy efficient homes close to the town, as the first plots and prices launch online this coming Monday (16th Oct).

Earlier this year Bloor Homes announced that planning permission had been granted for 120 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes at Winslow Park, which included £1.86 million in Section 106 contributions for the market town and its surrounding area. The money will go towards education, sport and leisure facilities, road safety improvements and community transport initiatives.
In addition, there will be a new cycle route and play area provided as part of the development, for both the new residents and local people to enjoy.

Located between Oxford and Milton Keynes and surrounded by pretty countryside, the town offers its residents independent shops, cafes, and restaurants as well as access to great schools including Buckinghamshire Grammar School.”
