Su and Graham downsized and found a community.

Su and Graham were impressed with the quality of their Bloor home at Priors Meadow. They also found the eco benefits of a new build home and discovered a community.

Hi, I'm Graeme.

And I'm Sue.

And we recently purchased a two-bedroom Deca at Priors Meadow in Southbourne.

We looked in the area at new properties and we found the Deca, which absolutely fits our criteria perfectly.

Hence, we moved here. We're at a point where we will be retiring in the near future. We didn't want to be driving everywhere. We have everything on the doorstep so we can walk to pretty much everything. Transport links are fantastic. It is exactly 6 minutes from our front door to the railway line. So, we can go to London. We can be in Victoria in about an hour and 20 minutes if you get the fast train.

There's also a local social club that we all know about. Quite a few of us have joined. So, within the development, we formed a community that also socialize off the development. Yes, I've worked in construction for 20 plus years and what struck me here was that the quality and attention to detail was outstanding.

I can walk around in a t-shirt in the middle of winter. Yeah, and the temperature remains at a constant uh 20° and it's seriously warm. You know, we rarely need our heating on.

Yeah.

So. I know it's right.

Our old house, we had it on a lot.

We did all the way through the process of us purchasing and making sure that we were updated. Couldn't fault. It was excellent.

So when the whole family used to come to our old house, we had to pray for sunshine so we could all go outside. Here we can all fit inside. They, you know, that even though it is only a two-bedroom property, the ground floor space, well, even top floor, but the ground floor space in particular works really well for when you have the family here.

Yeah. It's our home.

Yeah. Simple. It's just our home. Feels great, doesn't it? Yeah.
