Lauren and Lewis love their house at Kings Hill Park.

Lauren and Lewis talk about their location, commute and the quality of their Bloor home.

Hello, we're Lewis and Lauren and we bought a Maynard at Kings Hill Park.

I love my house, I picked it, I love everything in it. I really like the area. My favourite parts of the house, the kitchen. I love my kitchen it's exactly what I wanted and always dreamed of. I love our garden; I think we've got a really good size garden. People always think new builds don't have a good size garden, but we're really pleased with our garden.

I think the master bedroom for me cause it's upstairs on its own and we've got obviously our en-suite. Walk-in shower is like one of the things that I didn't realize I loved so much cause our old house you had to sort of step in. So, it's just a rain shower as well. 

The master bedroom is probably what made us go for that style house as well cause you get this nice big top floor, open plan which is really nice. Two skylights as well; lets in quite a lot of natural light on the top floor.

It's nice being in close proximity to Southend but far enough away from like all the hustle and bustle of it. Cause it's so busy in Southend but Rochford is still obviously busy but it's a little bit more detached and a bit more peaceful I find than Southend. 

Living at Kings Hill Park working in London is super easy. My commute is really nice. I've got a nice short walk to the station, 14 minutes if I walk fast and I can just jump on the train. I'm there within an hour so it's ideal for me. Nice and close, really good commute.

Quality of the build was actually very good. My dads in the construction industry and he has been for about 38 - 40 years so I wasn't buying it kind of blind. He come and had a look at it in the first point we could do as well and even he was quite impressed. 

Yeah, we had some comments from people that came to look at the house saying, ‘can't believe this is a new build’ like ‘it's really nicely finished’. So that was really nice when people came around.

Kingsley is loving it and his new house he settled in very well loves his new Garden as well.

I'm so glad we moved here and picked Kings Hill Park. It was, well our best decision to date.
