Josh and Georgia discuss Bloor service and build quality, staying with Bloor when they needed a larger home and why they love their location.

We're previous Bloor customers and we were looking for a similar site but with an upgraded house. So, we wanted more space and we also wanted to find an area with better schools for our little one. So, the plot we've bought now with Bloor we find it obviously quite an upgrade on our previous house.

We went from a three bed semi-detached to now a four bed detached. We love Bloor’s build quality. We find that compared to other sort of new build developers we've looked at, they're a lot less um sort of close together and there's a lot of space inside the homes and the material and the quality of the stuff they use in the homes as well is we find better than others that we've looked at as well.

 Really like the green spaces when we came here first. It was lovely to see that the houses were quite spread out because sometimes new builds can be quite on top of each other. So, it was really lovely to see those and the house that we live in is overlooking a massive green space, and that was a real draw for me. I love that we live so close to the town.

The schools are fantastic. The town isn't too big, so it doesn't feel overcrowded, and it's really lovely for you. There's plenty of parks, recreation grounds, and things. Plus, it's really close to Ipswich, which is where family is. So, it's nice to be able to get down there without having to travel too far.

The service that we've had off the Bloor team was impeccable. They have been outstanding the whole way through.

They'll answer emails, you can pop in, and every time that we wanted just to come and have another look, they were really accommodating. So, they've been fabulous.

The part exchange process we went through was so quick. I think we moved from reservation into moving in in 9 weeks and taking away that stress of having to worry about will my house sell, will I get what I want for it? It just made everything so much easier.

My message to people considering a Bloor home would be absolutely do it.

We've never regretted it in the 6 years that we have had a Bloor home. We think they are outstanding as a builders and they cannot do enough to help you. The house is absolutely perfect for us as a family. It lets us do all of the big family gatherings at Christmas and I think it was a forever home when we bought it and that was what we wanted.
