Dean and Elise discuss the quality of their home, location and the community.

Hi, we're Dean and Elise and we bought a two and a half story Forbes at the Kings Hill Park.

We went for the Forbes because we loved the top floor, where we've got our little girl. We sort of envisioned it in the future. It being she know she grows up she's got her own floor we've got our own floor and then there's the bottom floor for everyone, that's what sold me was that top bedroom. I instantly walked into that top room and said “yeah” I want to live here. 

The gardens are a really good size compared to previous new builds that we had, you get a lot more space. 

Yeah, the customer service was fantastic, straight through I've had no issues. It was quite a personally like a nerve-wracking thing at the beginning where I would come down and question my worries because I saw had stuff in the previous house and they were just like ‘no, it's fine when you look at the street you've got this’.

It's just working professionals, you’ve got people working from home, you've got like medical professionals, and everyone is, it's just already, you can feel it like yeah very friendly. I don't think I've waved so much. As you drive out everyone's very friendly like I said we had you know a neighbour knock on the door and introduce themselves and I've never had that before uh

Locally, there's plenty to do, especially for families. I mean in terms of here just up the road there a couple of great parks, big open spaces to take a child. You're not too far from South End you know on a day where, need something for the child to do we could go to the sea, and she can sit on the beach. Or we can go to a field and play. Another reason we wanted move as well is because there's a fantastic school at the end of the road. So, in a couple of years she'll be going there and we'll literally be able to just wave her off and she'll be there in 30 seconds. We've got the links to London, yeah, you were in London the other night. Yeah, super easy. 

In terms of quality of the houses, I mean I used to work in construction myself for many years building for London Underground and stuff like that, so I have quite a high bar when it comes to finishes and fittings. Also, only new builds before it's been the best I've lived in and all the fitting are top spec. The snags have been an absolute minimum you're always going to get snags, but I mean to say that I could probably count them on one hand. That's pretty special. 

I mean it's a lovely development; the properties look beautiful. 

Just the team are great, I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't if you were looking around this area and I mean even if you were looking perhaps you live in London you need somewhere to that's get easy links to it.
