How does Part Exchange work?


If you like the sound of new build Part Exchange, but don’t know how it works for homes, it’s simple. To help you understand the process, we’ve separated it into the following steps:



  • Step 1: Find your dream home


Visit one of our participating new build developments to find your perfect home. Then, speak to our helpful team to find out more about your Part Exchange options.



  • Step 2: Valuation time


To make sure you’re offered a fair price for your old home, we’ll arrange for at least two local estate agents to perform an independent valuation. If you’ve already entered into an agreement with an estate agent, just let us know.



  • Step 3: We’ll make you an offer


Based on the valuations, we’ll make you an offer for your old home. This usually happens within 48 hours, so you won’t be waiting around for long.



  • Step 4: Reserve your new home


If you’re happy with our offer and have accepted it, you’ll then be able to reserve your new home by paying a small fee of £750.



  • Step 5: Finalising the details


It’s almost time to move into your new home – and we’ll be there with you every step of the way. We’ll even help you to choose a solicitor and independent financial adviser to ensure the purchase of your new home runs as smoothly as possible.


In the meantime, we’ll be busy getting your new build home ready, providing you with regular updates as and when you need them. All you’ll need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the experience.
