How does it work?
Your new home is reserved for you while we help you to sell your existing home first - with Bloor Homes paying Estate Agents fees and monitoring your sale, what could be easier?
Once you have decided on your you new home - you will be asked to pay a reservation fee of £500 (which is fully refundable in the event Bloor Homes cancel the reservation)*
We will arrange one valuation on your existing home, to be carried out by a Bloor Homes appointed Estate Agents. The agents then report to Bloor Homes with their recommended marketing price of your property. We will then instruct the Agents to market your home (subject to agreement by both parties)
We will hold your new Bloor Home for a period of six weeks whilst our appointed Estate Agent sells your existing home*. We will monitor the progress of the sale and ensure everything is running smoothly, on legal completion we pay the Estate Agents fees.

What are the Terms?
*If no sale is achieved within the six week period, your deposit will be refunded in full and the reservation will be cancelled, with no charges due. During the six week period if Bloor Homes appointed agents introduce a buyer that is ready, willing and able to proceed at an agreed price with yourselves and Bloor Homes and you decided not to proceed to purchase your new Bloor Home, we will retain £500 of the reservation fee for administration costs.
