First time buyer or simply moving - Help to Buy has proven popular all round

The Government’s Help to Buy* scheme has given a huge boost to aspiring homeowners in Evesham.

Purchasers are recognising the benefits of buying new build, and the Sales Team at our popular The Hamptons development has seen a great deal of interest from first time buyers or simply those looking to take advantage of the scheme.

Awareness of the incentive is continuing to grow, with over 77% of purchasers of our stylish two bedroom Hindhead housetype at The Hamptons using the quality loan scheme since the official sales launch in May 2017.

The contemporary new home is ideal for first time buyers or those looking to downsize, with a warm and inviting lounge and a stylish open plan kitchen / dining area complete with quality Symphony kitchen units, an integrated Bosch oven and separate utility space. The beautiful French doors opening to the rear garden allow buyers to make the most of the outdoor space.

The first floor has two double bedrooms and a high specification family bathroom, complete with Roca sanitary ware and Porcelanosa tiling. The modern master bedroom boasts a stylish en suite shower room and those who reserve early in the build stage can upgrade to include fitted sliding wardrobes.

The Hindhead homes benefit from an attractive country park and local farm shop only a stone’s throw away.

Sally Holt, Regional Sales Manager at Bloor Homes Western, said: “Help to Buy has been a huge boost for people wanting to get on or move up the property ladder, and this has been reflected in the high proportion of buyers who have used the scheme to purchase a home at The Hamptons.

“The development is part of a thriving community which is ideal for young couples and growing families and Help to Buy is proving particularly popular among these groups of purchasers.

“However, contrary to popular perceptions, the scheme is not just for first time buyers. A number of the residents at The Hamptons are people who have taken advantage of the smaller deposit and lower monthly mortgage payments afforded by Help to Buy, in order to move up the ladder into a larger property or perhaps downsize to an easily maintained new home.

“We realise that the scheme can appear daunting for people, which is why I would encourage anyone interested in finding out more about Help to Buy to visit our Sales Team at The Hamptons, who will be more than happy to guide prospective buyers through the process.”

In a great location on the outskirts of the old riverside market town of Evesham, this fantastic collection of homes offers a direct route to fantastic amenities in Pershore, Worcester or Cheltenham. The Hamptons also has easy and quick access to the M5 motorway for commuters travelling further afield.
