New managing director appointed at housebuilders Eastern region
Bloor Homes has appointed a new managing director to lead the growth of our Eastern region.

Terry Tedder has joined from Bovis Homes, where he was regional managing director for the Thames Valley region, and brings with him 18 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry.
The 40-year-old married father of three steps into the position vacated by Andrew Marns, who has taken up a new position as Divisional Chairman.
Based at Bloor’s Bury St Edmunds office, Mr Tedder will be responsible for the developer’s sites across the Eastern region, which covers Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex.
Commenting on his appointment, he said: “Bloor Homes is a company I have always been interested in working for, primarily because of its reputation in the marketplace but also from knowing how it operates as a company, and I am delighted to have been given this opportunity.
“I have worked with Bloor on several joint acquisitions and had always been impressed with their approach, so it wasn’t a difficult decision to join them.
“The customer relationship and the quality of build are extremely important to me and I am determined to maintain the high standards that have been set in these areas.”
He added: “As a managing director I think its hugely important to be visible within your organisation and I fully intend to spend a lot of time out on site, which is the lifeblood of the business.
“Since joining Bloor I have been struck by just how many long-serving employees there are in the business. It shows that the people here are very proud of what they do and what the business stands for.
“There’s a real dedication to high standards and a refusal to compromise on the quality which is part of the company’s DNA.”
