Graeme Gibb and Rachael Roberts have joined Bloor Homes from rival house builders, while Jessica Crawford has taken on a trainee positon after rising through the Bloor ranks as a sales advisor.
The trio will be overseeing sales of a growing number of new sites across the region under the leadership of sales director Tina Avis-Edwards, who herself joined the company last year.
Graeme, 35, spent 10 years as a sales advisor with Taylor Wimpey before joining Barratt Homes, where he has been a sales manager for the past three and a half years. He has taken on responsibility for our current developments at Lancashire sites including Eccleston and Clitheroe.
Graeme said: "Bloor Homes is a forward-thinking company which is not afraid to embrace change and one I'm delighted to be a part of. The North West region is growing quite rapidly so this is an extremely exciting time to be joining and I'm looking forward to playing my part in that growth."
Rachel, 30, joins the company after three years with Keepmoat, where she progressed to the role of field sales manager.
Jessica, 26, of Liverpool, joined the company as a trainee sales advisor three years ago and progressed to a sales advisor role, before taking the next step in her career to a trainee sales manager. "I was very keen to progress my career so I'm thrilled to have got this opportunity."
