Today’s internet-savvy consumers are happy to carry out their own research, quickly draw up checklists of ‘must-haves’ and whittle down possible developments to visit - all from the comfort of their armchair.
With Ofcom reporting the average UK adult now spends more than eight hours a day on a media device and 86 per cent regularly using the internet, it is no surprise that buyers evaluate everything online in detail
