Applicants who wish to purchase either Plot 121 or 122 at Hanborough Park must satisfy West Oxfordshire Council that they have met the local connection criteria set out as above. These shared equity housing dwellings to be made available on the following basis:
(a)           which on first disposal shall be offered to a Qualifying Person at 75% of open market value sold as freehold or leasehold to a Qualifying Person; and
(b)           25% of the equity of the open market value in the Individual Shared Equity Unit shall be secured by way of Shared Equity Legal Charge on the Individual Shared Equity Unit in favour of the Council without any rent being charged on the retained 25% equity.
