Liza, 46, and 41-year-old Dominic were so impressed by the pretty development that they chose a six-bedroom detached home there, which they are now settling in to with their two-year-old son Ethan.
Swan Lake View is nestled close to the Yateley Lakes and is surrounded by nine hectares of picturesque woodland and open countryside.

Liza said: “We had visited many new home developments in the commuter belt, but we were looking for something which felt a bit more exclusive, and Swan Lake View really ticked that box for us.
“We felt that it offered the best of both worlds, as London is within easy reach and the countryside is right on our doorstep, plus there is plenty for us to do as a family in the local area. We love taking walks and we’ve enjoyed discovering Yateley’s lovely pubs and parks.”
The couple chose a Pouwa housetype at Swan Lake View after falling in love with the light and airy feel of the property.
Liza said: “The bi-fold doors from the kitchen to the garden were a feature which we had always wanted to have, as they fill the whole room with plenty of light.
“The kitchen has quickly become our favourite room in the house as it has space for guests to sit and chat to us while we cook, making it perfect for entertaining.
“We also loved the fact that the second bedroom has en-suite facilities as well as the master bedroom, so it’s ideal for when we have family and friends to stay.”
One of Liza and Dominic’s favourite features of Swan Lake View is its friendly community feel.
Liza said: “Our neighbours have been so friendly and we’ve put ourselves down on the barbecue rota already!
“The fact that everyone has been so nice has made moving to a new area so much easier for us.”
