Aspirational Living Proves a Reality for Homeowners in Emsworth

Despite rising house prices, latest research from Bloor Homes has revealed aspirational living is becoming a reality for many homeowners, especially those looking to new build to find their forever home as current reservations levels at Redlands Grange indicate.
Nearly two thirds (63%) of people in Hampshire think they will achieve their aspirational home and when it comes to what makes an ideal home, many recognise that it isn’t necessarily about size of the property. Top of the priority list when buying a new home remains finding a property within budget (97%) and in the right location (95%), with location being the starting point for any house purchase journey.
Furthermore, when it comes to what practicalities make their ideal home, eco credentials proved a key consideration for homeowners in Hampshire with double glazing (89%) and energy efficient heating (83%) the two most popular criteria.
