Kim Willcock, Regional Sales Director for Bloor Homes, said: “Our Cooper’s Grange development has transformed from a building site into a wonderful community of new residents, and we can’t wait to see the site completely finished in February.
“We were almost certain that the homes at Havant would sell quickly due to the location of the development and the high-specification of the properties. However, it’s fantastic to see our expectations met and surpassed, with the new homes selling much quicker than our first forecasts.
“Our aim is to positively impact the local areas we build in and we’re certain that our investment in local infrastructure, as well as our lovely new homes, has done that.”
There is just one remaining property, a three-bedroom Oxbridge priced at £311,000. The Oxbridge comes with the added benefit of being ready to move into, with stamp duty paid for the purchaser as well.
This property features a three-storey layout with the master suite encompassing the entire top floor, complete with a dressing area, built-in wardrobes and en-suite facilities.
Cooper’s Grange is located in the heart of the pretty Georgian town of Havant, ideal for a stroll along the weaving footpaths into the town centre, or to utilise the great transport links to the rest of the south coast.
