Ivybridge is a beautiful place to live for families and those who love the outdoors. A thriving South Devon town surrounded by beautiful countryside and moorland with Dartmoor on your doorstep. It has a rich heritage with industries such as milling and cloth making. The towns name comes from the bridge over the fast flowing River Erme.

Filham Case is conveniently located on the East side of Ivybridge on the B3213 road that runs from Ivybridge town centre to Bittaford. Access to the A38 "Devon Expressway" is 2.6 miles from the development. The beautiful beaches of Bantham, Bigbury and Mothercombe are under half an hour drive away. The city of Plymouth can be reached within a 22 minute drive (13 miles) by travelling South along the Devon Expressway.
