The developer, which is building its Thame Meadows development on Oxford Road, just minutes away from the team’s Meadow View Park training ground has donated £400 to fund new training jackets for the players.

Roy West, manager of Thame Boys Under 9’s, said: “We are very grateful to Bloor Homes for their generous donation.

“We have made a great start to the season and are growing in confidence as a team. Having new jackets will be a further boost for the boys – they can’t wait to take to the pitch and show off their new kit.”

Vanessa Macnee, Regional Sales Director for Bloor Homes, said: “At Bloor Homes we are committed to building more than just homes; we want to help develop and maintain local communities in the areas we build.

“What better way to lend a hand than to help out the town’s aspiring young footballers – we hope they enjoy wearing their new jackets and we will follow their progress with interest for the rest of the season.”
