Buyers realise benefits of buying off-plan at Thame Meadows
Brand new homes are becoming increasingly popular as more homebuyers appreciate the benefits of buying off-plan and personalising their property, according to Bloor Homes. Over 100 home-hunters attended the official launch of the housebuilder’s Thame Meadows site in Oxfordshire, with several quick-acting buyers taking the opportunity to purchase a new home before it had been built giving them the opportunity to have a say in the details of their new home, such as the tiling, flooring and light fittings.

Vanessa Macnee, Regional Sales Director for Bloor South Midlands, said: "As demand for new-build homes increases, we're seeing an influx of buyers looking to purchase off-plan.
"The launch of Thame Meadows was a perfect example of that. Buyers who attended could see how much interest there was in the development and decided to act quickly to avoid any disappointment.
"Bloor creates high-quality homes filled with character that are energy-efficient and don’t need the attention older properties usually do, so buyers who don't want to do vast amounts of DIY and redecoration have snapped them up.
"Those who buy off-plan can choose design elements of their own home and feel a sense of pride as they watch it rise from the ground to become the place they will live in for years to come."
