Last few homes remaining in village location
01/02/2016 - General
Only a handful of four and five-bedroom homes are still available to buy at the site where more than 90 properties have been built on the rural fringes of the village.
Built on part of a former farmhouse of the same name, the Springfield Farm development includes three designated childrens play areas, a sports common, a community centre, allotments and an orchard.
As part of the planning agreement, Bloor Homes is also contributing more than £1.175million towards local services, including nearly £1million for primary and secondary education as well as over £64,000 which will include library and adult day care provisions.
Vanessa Macnee, Regional Sales Director for Bloor Homes, said: "We are delighted to be nearing completion at Springfield Farm where our new community has added to the character of this lovely village.
"Although there are only a few homes still available, they cover a range of floor layouts and design styles, each offering something different to families of varying sizes.
"Buying a new home really is about personal choice which is why our architects and designers go to a lot of trouble to offer our buyers individuality.
Visitors are invited to the marketing suite off Ploughley Road in Ambrosden which is open daily between 10am and 5pm. For more details visit bloorhomes.com.
