Brand new development of homes creates a community spirit in Silsoe

The S106 agreement in place has given a significant boost to the local area, with Bloor Homes contributing over £1.4 million towards education services as well as over £1,000,000 for a new community hub.

Vanessa Macnee, Regional Sales Director for Bloor Homes, said: "Our homes at Silsoe Grange have been consistently popular with buyers and it's easy to see wh6y; the quality of the build is fantastic and it's in a lovely part of Silsoe.

Now, just the final trio of homes remain and we're expecting them to be as popular with buyers as their predecessors. One of the remaining properties which has already received a lot of enquiries is a three-bedroom bungalow which is very rare to see in a new-build development.

"With just three homes remaining at Silsoe Grange, we would urge those who are interested to act quickly or risk missing out on one of these beautifully designed, high-specification homes."

The Shenstone, a four-bedroom detached house, is one of the three remaining properties and is priced at £460,000. The ground floor comprises a spacious dining/kitchen room, a study, a utility room, a guest cloakroom and a bright and airy lounge opening through French doors to the garden.

Upstairs, two of the four bedrooms benefit from en-suite facilities and a family bathroom completes the layout.
