A Bloor Home is Best
Having lived in a previous Bloor Homes property on the edge of Hinckley in Leicestershire, John and Julie Hall wanted to move nearer the town centre. They were delighted to hear of Bloor Homes’ new development, Hinckley Park, and purchased their new home with Home Exchange, helping them to move in just three weeks.
John Hall, a Sales Director in IT comments: “After putting our old home on the market in 2012, we looked at the new Hinckley Park development to enquire about a four bedroom detached property, and we reserved one off plan with the Home Exchange scheme in late November. The sale was agreed in December and we got the keys just a few days before Christmas, although we moved in during the first week of 2013. Home exchange really sped up the process and we were delighted with how smoothly it all went.”
John continues, “The location was key to our move here. There’s a park just opposite where we take our cocker spaniel Dexter, and we are just a short walk into town. Our daughter and son-in-law have also fallen for the charm and have bought a home here too. We couldn’t have been more pleased when they told us the news, now we get to look after our two granddaughters whenever we wish.”
When you express an interest in buying a Bloor home through their Home Exchange scheme, one of their sales consultants will discuss the scheme with you and ensure your existing property matches their standard criteria. Bloor will then commission three independent market valuations of your existing property.
Bloor Homes will purchase the property from you and take on full responsibility for selling it. Once contracts are signed you will be free to move into your new home as soon as it is completed.
John concludes: “We prefer Bloor Homes’ developments as the specification, quality and finish is a lot higher than anything else on the market, and also great value. After living in a brand new home we will most likely never live in a second hand property again – we like having a home that is made for us and are enjoying the modern kitchen and bathroom fittings.”
