It's all Wright for Adrian, Gemma and Baby Lola

Adrian and his partner Gemma had been renting a property in Leamington Spa, but with the couple's first child Lola on the way, they were keen to find a place they could really call their own.

And Priory Manor, a collection of three, four and five bedroom houses in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, ticked all the boxes.

"We'd been looking for a house for a while and decided we'd go for a new build", said the 35-year old, who works at Rolls Royce’s Derby factory.

"We looked at a few housing estates and new builds across the Midlands and Bloor stood out as one of the best.

"The finishing they use on their homes stands head and shoulders above the rest and the way their homes are designed means you don't feel like you are driving into another housing estate where every home looks the same. All the Bloor houses are individual with different features, which I really like.

"We found the Wolston site and it’s just perfect for families. It's a lovely little estate."

Adrian is also full of praise for the way Bloor eased the expecting couple into their new home.

"We wanted to move in quickly and Bloor made it very easy for us. It's been a really good experience. Every time we visited the showhome we've been made to feel welcome and the staff in the sales office have been extremely helpful. The site managers were helpful too, always saying hello and making sure we didn't have any problems."

Of all the rooms in his new house, Adrian says the kitchen in particular has the wow factor.

"I think that's because it showcases how good the finishes are. There's a large amount of thought gone into little things like the extractor fan, the hob and the oven, and there was a nice selection of work surfaces we could choose from."

Conveniently located between Rugby and Coventry, Wolston Manor is also just five miles away from the M69, making it perfect for commuters like Adrian who work slightly further afield.

He added: "It's a lovely feeling driving home to a beautiful house that you own and looking forward to seeing Lola and Gemma."
