Macmillan Coffee Morning sucess


Each opened their show homes to residents and visitors, who could enjoy a slice of cake and a cuppa in return for a donation to the charity.

A coffee morning was also held at Bloor’s regional office in Tamworth.

Anne Cadman, Regional Sales Director for Bloor Homes Midlands, said: “At Bloor we pride ourselves on building not just homes, but communities, so we were only too happy to invite residents and visitors in to our show homes to enjoy a slice of cake and a cup of coffee.

“We were really pleased with the support we received from residents, who not only donated money but made cakes for the event, and it was great to raise a nice amount of money for such a good cause.”

Bishops Manor is a collection of 27 luxury homes which stand next to the partially restored Royal Mail delivery office, a Grade 2 listed building which dates back to the Second World War.

Just one plot remains available, the four-bedroom Hutton, which is priced at £475,000.
