East coast housing market reaches new strengths as homes are snapped up

House hunters are being urged to act quickly after remarkable sales at a Bloor Homes development in Clacton-on-Sea.
The team at Bloor’s Blenheim Gate development has sold 231 of the homes built on the land off Little Clacton Road, and now just four homes are left at the development.
Monika Hanlon, Regional Sales Director for Bloor Eastern, said: “Sales in Clacton have more than surpassed the targets we set out at the start of the year, proving how strong the housing market is in this part of the country.
“Living by the seaside is a dream for so many people, so it’s no surprise that our homes at Blenheim Gate have been snapped up by those looking for high quality homes in this desirable location.
“With only a few homes left at Blenheim Gate, we would urge anyone who is interested to make a move now, or risk missing out on their perfect brand new home.”
Just three homes are currently available at the development in Clacton-on-Sea following the excellent sales this year. Buyers can pounce on one of a pair of two-bedroom Marfords for £167,995 or the newly-released four-bedroom Kirby priced at £204,995.
The Kirby features an open-plan ground floor layout with a kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the rear garden and a spacious lounge at the front of the house. Upstairs, the master features a spacious en-suite and fitted wardrobes, while three further bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the home.
Transport links via the A133 or Clacton-on-Sea train station can take buyers into other scenic parts of the east coast or inland to the larger town of Colchester. Clacton itself is home to many leisure facilities, including the famous Clacton Zoo.
