There are now just 15 houses still for sale at Bloor Homes’ prestigious Rudgeway Fields development in Walton Cardiff, near Tewkesbury.

Buyers who already have a property to sell may be able to take advantage of Bloor’s Part Exchange scheme which has already helped lots of people to move into their dream home. It takes away the worry of selling an existing property and makes the whole moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Alternatively, first time buyers could benefit from Bloor’s HomeStart 2 scheme which offers buyers the opportunity to initially pay just 85 per cent of the property price, with the remaining 15 per cent payable at any time within the first ten years.
