Karl Allen, the site manager at the Willow Vale development in West Brook, Warrington has been recognised for his exceptional contribution in creating homes of outstanding quality in the North-West region.

‘Pride in the Job’ is the most highly regarded competition in the house-building industry and this year saw more than 16,000 site managers competing across the UK to win just one of 450 Quality Awards.

Karl will now join other North West regional finalists to compete for the Seal of Excellence and Regional Winner titles.  The winners will be announced in October.

Each site manager is assessed across 37 areas of site management, including their technical knowledge, consistency in the build process and the quality controls they have in place.

Commenting on his award Karl said; “I am delighted to have won the first round of this prestigious award.”

“I want to highlight the dedication, work and commitment of my team at West Brook.  All Bloor Homes’ developments are built to the highest standards with a reputation for quality in all aspects so to have received this industry recognition is indeed an honour.”

Willow Vale is a Bloor Homes development of three, four and five bedroom houses in Westbrook, just three miles from Warrington town centre.
