Rebecca Beer and Simon West both grew up in the South West but first met each other when they were studying at the Falmouth Campus of Exeter University.

From first seeing the property to moving in took just a month. "The whole process was really easy", says Simon, "and everyone, from the sales team to the site personnel couldn't have been more helpful".
