Part Exchange with Bloor...

Up to a new home at The Gateway, Melksham!

If the only thing stopping you moving into a new dream new home is an existing property you need to sell first, we've got the solution for you this weekend, Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd January at The Gateway, off Snowberry Lane in Melksham.

We fully understand the worries about having to sell an existing property before you can make another move so we've organised a special weekend event to demonstrate just how easy it all can be with 105% Part Exchange from Bloor. And as an extra incentive to call in during the special weekend event, we'll make you an offer on your current property within 48 hours subject to a satisfactory homebuyer’s report.

The way our 105% Part Exchange scheme works is simplicity itself. First we arrange three valuations of your property by local estate agents. Based on the valuations provided, we will make you an offer for your home. For a limited period this offer will represent 105% of the price that we consider we will be able to sell your house for in a six week period.

If you accept our offer you can go ahead and, for a fee of £750, you can reserve the new Bloor home of your choice, subject to contract and survey.

Having chosen Bloor Homes 105% Part Exchange we will take the problem of finding a buyer out of your hands, paving the way towards that all-important new home.

Commenting on the new Part Exchange plan, Michele Rose, Sales Director for Bloor Homes South West said,

“ Moving house can be a stressful experience but with 105% Part Exchange we’re making it easier than ever for existing owners to trade up as quickly as possible. We’ll even help you to choose a solicitor to ensure that completion of the purchase of your new home is achieved in an agreed timescale. There’s no need to worry about purchasers changing their mind and wasted solicitors fees, or agreeing completion dates with a long house buying chain, it’s just you and Bloor Homes working together to help you move up to your superb new dream home on time and with no stress”

We'll have an Agent on hand as well as an Independent Financial Advisor to talk you through the details so if you've got any questions you can ask one of the experts and while you're on site, be sure to visit our fantastic new fully furnished Broadway four bedroom showhome.

Homes currently available at The Gateway, Melksham include an excellent selection three, four and five bedroom houses with prices starting from as little as £169,950.

Felixstowe South Sea front

New proposals at Felixstowe South Sea Front involve the regeneration of a prominent site to provide quality new homes and a Maritime Park.

The scheme involves joint working with Suffolk Coastal District Council which currently owns the site. Planning permission for 158 new homes was previously granted in April 2009, and the latest proposals reflect a revised approach to the site with a reduced number of units and a shift in emphasis towards family-sized houses.

The draft plans for the site were the subject of community consultation and a public exhibition at Felixstowe Town Hall on Wednesday 14th December, 2011 between 12 noon and 7pm. Over 100 local people attended to give their views which will be considered by the design team. If you missed this event or were unable to attend, you can see the display panels showing the scheme by clicking here

A planning application is expected to be submitted in January 2012, and it is hoped that work can commence on site in the late Spring/early Summer.

For more details or to give your feedback on the proposals, please contact Martin Hughes on 020 7242 3969 or email martin@polityuk.com

Boost for Housing Market...

Government unveils house-building package

Addressing the CBI's annual conference in London yesterday, Prime Minister David Cameron announced a new package of measures designed to stimulate the housing market and to help get "Britain building again".

Headlining the range of measures is a proposal to allow First-time buyers of new homes to be able to borrow up to 95% of their value backed up by a government underwritten mortgage indemnity scheme.

This means that if the newly built house is then sold for less than the outstanding mortgage the lender will be able to recover its loss.

It is envisaged that this strategy alone could help up to 100,000 people.

Other key proposals include:

- A £400m public fund to help developers "unblock" stalled housing schemes

- Increased investment in affordable housing and to raise Right to Buy discounts making them attractive to tenants across England and to replace every additional home sold under Right to Buy with a new home for Affordable Rent.

- More public sector land to be made available for building

- Planning obligations on stalled projects reviewed

- Up to £150m to help bring empty housing back into use

- Consult on "pay to stay" so households with high salaries pay market rents

Mr Cameron went on to say that it was not his aim to create "another borrowing boom" but to help the many people who could not afford huge deposits needed to buy properties.

"When first-time buyers on a good salary cannot get a reasonable mortgage, the whole market grinds to a halt," he said. "And that ricochets around the economy, affecting builders, retailers, plumbers - all the people that depend on a housing market that is moving.

"If we don't do something like this we are not going to get this vital market moving... We will restart the housing market and get Britain building again.

£2,500 for 'Help for Heroes'

A big thank you for all your support!

Our East Midlands Region has just completed a successful ‘Help for Heroes’ weekend which featured at their show homes throughout Leicester and Loughborough, raising a fantastic £2,500 for the charity.

“The weekend has been wonderful”, says Joanne Willoughby-Smith, sales supervisor for Bloor Homes, seen here presenting the cheque to Janie Martin, county coordinator for Help for Heroes.

Bloor Homes are proud to support the charity, alongside the Leicester Tigers Rugby Club. Last year they undertook a similar campaign that resulted in funds being donated to help establish a Recovery Capability programme which will not just ensure that those who leave, through injury, will get jobs but also have access to a comprehensive range of support; from learning new skills, to access of psychological, financial, employment, prosthetic and social support.

A big ‘Well Done’ to everyone involved, we are so grateful for the publics’ enthusiasm and hope they enjoyed both the weekend and looking around our beautiful show homes.

The lucky winners of the prize draw Leicester Tigers tickets will be notified shortly.

Bloor Homes Helped Us

Every step of the way!

"We had fallen out of love with our previous home and were looking to move on. We had seen Satchwell Grange and decided to come for a viewing. The homes we viewed were modern but homely, exactly what we were looking for...

All the houses had off road parking and good size gardens. We are both gardening lovers so a good size garden was essential.

As we were looking to move as quickly as possible, we took part in the Bloor Homes Part-Exchange scheme.

We were very happy with the part exchangee value we were given for our old home and we were able to move into our new home within seven weeks.

Bloor Homes helped us every step of the way, providing help and advice whenever we needed and the support continues after you move in. Bloor were able to recommend a Solicitor, Mortgage Advisor and even helped us find the tradesmen necessary to complete the various reports we needed for our old home for the part-exhange. We also have the extra peace of mind with the ten year guarantee that came with our new home.

I would recommend a new build to anyone. They are a blank canvas and we are having a lot of fun personalising our home. We are safe in the knowledge thre are no 'hidden skeletons' in our new home which can always be a worry if you are buying an older property.  We also like the fact that the homes are built to be as enegry efficient as possible.

The location is great for both of us. Stuart works locally in Wednesdbury, but I do have to travel for my job and there are good links to the M6 and the Black Country New Road from here. We are also close to supermarkets and shopping centres.

When we began looking for a new home, we never envisaged we would ever own a home like this. We have loved our time here so far and we know there are many more years to come!"

Last five homes

at Littlecombe, Dursley, Gloucsetershire

Following superb sales performance this summer at Bloor Homes’ Littlecombe development in Dursley, which has seen many houses snapped up along with the last of their apartments, only five houses now remain at this popular Gloucestershire location.

The remaining homes in the final phase of work - all four and five bedroom detached houses - will be completed in time for the buyers to move in before Christmas.

Three unique styles of four-bedroom properties are currently available. These include the Plover style which offers modern living accommodation over three floors for the price of £249,950 and includes an ensuite bathroom. For those who prefer a more traditional two storey home, the Hawfinch and Bullfinch are ideal. The Hawfinch features an ensuite, study, garden room and garage for £269,950; and the Bullfinch - another two-storey four bedroom house - benefits from two ensuites and a garage and is priced £299,950.

Dunlin and Tawny styles are available for those looking for a spacious five bedroom home. Both offering accommodation over three floors are the Dunlin, which has a master bedroom benefiting from en suite shower room and a garage for £319,950, and the Tawny – a similar style of property which has a double garage for £329,950.

All homes at Littlecombe are energy efficient, having an Eco Rating of ‘very good’ which means their owners can help protect the environment while saving on their fuels bills thanks to the high levels of insulation and broad range of features to minimize ecological impact, including highly efficient A-rated boilers.

The location of the development is hard to beat. Dursley offers the best of all worlds – a countryside setting alongside the River Cam and situated beneath the Cotswold Edge. The development is surrounded by woodland and yet it is within easy commuting range of Bristol, Cheltenham and Gloucester thanks to the close proximity of the M5. It is also only a short train journey to Bristol (approx 40 minutes), Gloucester (approx 25 minutes) and Stroud (approx 50 minutes) – from the nearby Cam & Dursley Station.

Sales Adviser, Sally Holt said, “We’ve had an exceptional summer with high demand for our homes, leaving us with just five remaining before the site is completed. The range of property sizes at Littlecombe – from two to five bedroom homes – has generated interest from a wide cross section of buyers which has led to a nice residential mix from local people looking for a new home in the area and those from further afield. We’ve already got interest in our last few homes so if you are considering buying a top quality new home in the area, why don’t you come along and take a look at what’s on offer. We can also tell you about our full value part exchange scheme which has proved popular among those buyers with an existing home to sell.”

First residents step over

the threshhold at Bourton Chase

A successful start to the second phase of building at Bloor Homes’ development at Bourton-on-the-Water has seen five properties snapped up already and the first buyers are now completing their purchases ready to move in.

Sales Advisor, Andrew Cripps said he was not surprised by the level of interest in the development. “Our first phase here sold out in record time with people keen to move into a traditional style property in this typical Cotswold village where new homes are quite rare. We’ve got a wide range of property sizes and styles here so we can cater for lots of different housing needs, from first time buyers to those wanting a larger home, perhaps to accommodate a growing family, and also people looking to downsize to a smaller property. And, of course Bourton on the Water is a fantastic location.”

Currently available is a superb one-bedroom coach house, offering almost 700 square feet of stylish living space for just £129,950. It’s a superb choice of home for someone wanting to get a foot on the property ladder.

Two Tidbrook style homes are also for sale. These three-bedroom homes are one of Bloor’s all time best-selling property styles and include generous kitchen and living space to the ground floor, linked by French doors to the garden while on the first floor you will find a fantastic master bedroom with en suite facilities. Prices start at £229,950.

There are currently also two three-storey Limington townhouses – larger style three bedroom homes featuring a modern and convenient layout. An open plan kitchen, dining area with light enhancing French doors is the highlight of the ground floor which also accommodates the living room. Another highlight of this home are the three double bedrooms including the top floor master bedroom which includes a separate walk-in dressing space and en suite facilities with the benefit of a double shower. The Limingtons are priced from £264,950.

All townhouses also include a garage and parking space.

Andrew added: “We’re already seeing a lot of interest in Bourton Chase and we also have a large waiting list for many of our properties that will be built later in the development. Many of our purchasers prefer to buy off-plan as this gives them an opportunity to select their own kitchens, tiles and additional extras and stamp their own individual taste on their new home. If you are interested in making your home at Bourton Chase, you are welcome to visit the development, take a look at the properties we currently have available or register your interest with us for homes coming up in the next few months.”

Situated just off the A429, the development offers a convenient commute to Cheltenham, Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon and is only a few miles from Moreton-in-Marsh, with its direct mainline link to Paddington, just 80 minutes away.  Excellent local schools and a superstore at nearby Stow-on-the-Wold make this a serious contender for anyone looking for a new home in the area.

Bloor Homes South West have launched a new phase of four bedroom homes at their popular development at Rosewood Farm off Thorndike Way in the delightful coastal town of Burnham-on-Sea in Somerset.

Having opened in the Spring of this year, Rosewood Farm is an exquisite development of tastefully designed modern homes within walking distance of the town centre and Burnham’s fantastic, seven mile-long beach.

The homes in the new phase are the first four bedroom homes to be built on the site and will enjoy views across a superb area of public open space.

Commenting on the new phase, Gina Wilson Sales Manager for Bloor Homes South West said, "Rosewood Farm has been a great success from the day we opened and there has been no shortage of buyers for our collection of two and three bedroom homes here.  But as a result of continuing research we identified a growing demand for four bedroom homes in the area. As a result we are proud to launch a further selection of four bedroom homes which complement our existing mix precisely.   The new four bedroom homes will all be finished to a very high standard and are offered with the benefit of en-suite facilities as well as a family bathroom, fantastic fitted kitchens, a garage as well as parking."

Among the first four bedroom properties to be released for sale is plot 31, the Dursley at £239,950. This stylish four bedroom home has been meticulously planned to provide versatile and practical accommodation. Taw View Play Park Opens

Bringing enjoyment to the local community

No one understands better than us, that to turn a house into a home, requires far more than bricks and mortar. It requires a commitment to make additional vital contributions to the communities we create.

It's our understanding of this alchemy that keeps us ahead. The contributions we make come in many forms, from areas of open space to zebra crossings, our aim is always to enhance the lifestyle of our residents.

At Taw Vale Quay in North Devon, for example, we identified a need for a space within the development where our residents and their families could run around safely without having to get in the car first and where they could meet other families with children.

The result was Taw View Play Park featuring a fantastic playground with swings, slides and climbing apparatus as well a delightful woodland walk incorporating interactive adventure games.

Commenting on the new facility, Michele Rose said, "Play helps children to understand the people and places in their lives, learn about their environment and develop their sense of community. We understand how important it is to be proud of where you live and we hope that this new playground will bring enjoyment to the local community for many years to come".

New Taw Vale Quay residents Mrs Laura Tydd and Mrs Agie Gorczynska met for the first time at the new park.

"We love living at Taw Vale Quay and this brilliant new amenity is just what we need as a place to meet other Moms and as somewhere where our kids can play safely as they grow up", said Laura. "I'm really impressed with it", added Agie." I thought life here was good already but now it's even better".

Taw Vale Quay is located at Fremington, on the banks of the beautiful River Taw in North Devon.

There are now just four, three bedroom homes remaining. You could own one of these from £152,955 using BloorHomeStart, our popular shared equity plan. £152,955 represents just 90% of the full price and you can take up to 10 years to pay the 10% balance. Ask on site for details.

The Sales Centre is open daily at Taw Vale Quay from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Telephone  01271 860054.

The Final Countdown

Only two houses remain

With only two houses now available at Bloor Homes Kington Park development, time is really ticking for those looking for an excellent quality home in a superb location. So don't delay.

Launched late in 2009, the development has seen an exciting mix of one- to five-bedroom properties built in the riverside town of Kington in Herefordshire, 46 in total. Now remaining are just one 4-bedroom detached house and one 5-bedroom detached house, each including two ensuite bathrooms, a study and utility room, double garage and parking.

Prices start at just £274,950 for a Didbrook style 4-bedroom house while the five bedroom Fareham style home is available for £289,950.

Around a quarter of our residents have taken advantage of our part exchange scheme, said Sales Adviser, Jan Bromage. It's an initiative that can save you lots of hassle as you benefit from receiving a valuation on your home within 48 hours of the estate agents visits, you have no advertising costs, no chain and a guaranteed buyer. This means you can seriously reduce the stress levels usually associated with moving home.
Jan added: Both remaining houses may be considered for part exchange so if you are looking for a new home but are concerned that you have a current property to sell first, come along and talk through your options with us.

Kington Park is located on the rural edge of Kington, off the Old Eardisley Road, surrounded by open countryside and offering views of the rolling Herefordshire hills. However, while having the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of living in a semi-rural environment, you will also be close enough to enjoy all that city life has to offer as Hereford is only around 20 miles away.

Bloor also has one remaining property at its Venns Park development, just off the prestigious Aylestone Hill in Hereford. The 4-bedroom detached is a Stanton style home which includes two ensuite bathrooms, garage and parking. It comes ready to move into with flooring throughout, blinds to the windows, light fittings and a landscaped rear garden. The house is priced £279,950.

Jumping onto property ladder

Perfect home found at Rosewood Farm

After considering second hand properties as well as new build, the couple say that they were won over by the quality of the Bloor Homes package at Rosewood Farm off Thorndike Way, Burnham on Sea.

Rebecca Beer and Simon West both grew up in the South West but first met each other when they were studying at the Falmouth Campus of Exeter University.

Having decided to buy their first home together, the couple's fantastic new home is a two bedroom, two bathroom Marford house-type. Designed with an open-plan feel, this delightful property features a through lounge leading into a spacious kitchen/dining area, complete with a fitted hob and oven as well as a generous selection of storage units and work surfaces. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Stairs lead up to the first floor with two bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from having its own en-suite facilities. Two parking spaces complete the specification.

"From our perspective", said Simon, " Bloor impressed us as being a company that takes great care both in the way that it deals with its purchasers and the manner in which they design and build their homes. We did consider other new homes as well as previously owned properties but it was the Bloor Homes product, and service which convinced us".

"And they were willing to negotiate over the asking price too, added Rebecca, "which really helped us to get the mortgage we needed".

When it comes to quality of construction Simon and Rebecca are very satisfied, " The standards of build and finish are fantastic", says Rebecca, "and we love the attention to detail".

From first seeing the property to moving in took just a month. "The whole process was really easy", says Simon, "and everyone, from the sales team to the site personnel couldn't have been more helpful".

Simon and Rebecca are delighted with their new home at Rosewood Farm and say that they would have no hesitation in recommending Bloor to their friends.

Only Bloor Homes will do

For new residents at The Gateway Melksham

There’s something about Bloor Homes in the South West that makes our existing owners keep coming back for more.

Take, for example, ‘ The Gateway’ off Snowberry Lane in Melksham . We reported previously, that the first three homes sold at this flagship development were all bought by people who had owned one of our homes at some time in the past. And now there’s yet another family of previous Bloor owners, who have recently moved in to a beautiful detached home there without even considering any other builder.

Yvette, Steve, Kieran and Morgan Fice-Noyes, were interviewed in their fantastic new four bedroom detached Seighford house-type at The Gateway and explained how buying any home other than one built by Bloor had never even seriously crossed their minds.

“We’re all local to the area”, commented Yvette, “and until recently we were living at Bowerhill in Melksham, when we learned from the newspaper that Bloor were building here again.
Having lived in a Bloor Home before and having been very happy with both the house and Bloor as a company, we were interested straight away. We came along one afternoon just to look around and really liked the development. We hadn’t sold our house but having thought about it for a week, we came by again to ask about part exchange. We were delighted when we were offered a brilliant PX deal on this house which we loved as soon as we saw it. At this point, we thought that we should perhaps quickly look at some other homes by other builders but, after seeing this one, nothing else that was affordable came close. After that we just decided to go for it and everything went through really quickly and easily. Best of all it all happened in just four weeks and we’re absolutely delighted with the design and quality of the house, the help we had from the sales team and the aftercare. We love everything about it and, based on our experience, we’d certainly recommend Bloor Homes to anyone”.

The Fice-Noyes family’s new double-fronted home is located on an attractive corner plot and the spacious four bedroom accommodation is perfect for them as a growing family. On the ground floor there is a delightful lounge with French windows to the paved patio at the rear of the property. Also on this level is the fitted kitchen/breakfast room as well as a separate dining room and a downstairs WC/Cloakroom. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, the master benefitting from en-suite facilities and fitted wardrobes, and a family bathroom. A double garage completes the specification.

Site sales executive Lynda Wilson said, “We’re delighted that these former owners of Bloor properties have once again put their trust in Bloor Homes. We do our best to come up with the right product at the right place in the right location and it certainly looks like we’ve succeeded here at the Gateway”.

Prices at The Gateway, Melksham range from £184,950 for a three bedroom Thursley house-type to £264,950 for a four bedroom Upton.

Droitwich, Coming soon

Just six 4 & 5 bedroom luxury detached homes

Bloor Homes is soon to launch a small and exclusive development of executive houses in one of the most desirable areas of Droitwich. The showhome and marketing suite will be open from Saturday 7 May.

Just six 4- and 5-bedroom luxury detached houses in a range of different styles are being built at ‘131 The Holloway’ and one has already been snapped up not long after the first brick was laid. Each home will be built to Bloor’s exacting standards and top quality specification, which will include NEFF kitchen appliances, Nobilia fitted kitchens and built in bathroom and en-suite furniture.

It’s this superb quality that led Claire and Mark Welch to act so quickly. The couple purchased their first Bloor home in the spa town eight years ago, but having an expanding family – with a two year old and a new baby due in early summer - they decided the time had come to upsize from their current 3-bedroom property.

Claire explained: “I saw the Bloor Homes sign go up by the new development and quickly made enquiries. We’ve always loved our current home and have never had any problems with it so we had no qualms whatsoever about purchasing another Bloor property. But the deciding factor for us was their full value part-exchange scheme. We know we’re not losing any money on our current property and, as before, it’s just been a very easy process so instead of getting stressed dealing with solicitors and chains, we can just look forward to the arrival of our new baby and moving in.”

‘131 The Holloway’ can be found in a mature residential area, on the outskirts of the town, with excellent access to St Peter’s Park, the newly refurbished lido, and there’s a private tennis club, just a short walk away. They are also just a stone’s throw from St Peter’s First School – one of the most sought after schools in Droitwich, as well as being a few minutes drive from Junction 5 of the M5, offering easy access to both Birmingham and Worcester – it’s an ideal location for those needing to commute.

Prices for the houses, which are being marketed through Andrew Grant estate agents, start at £449,950.

In addition to the houses, there is also a single 2/3-bedroom bungalow available, priced at £264,950.

Sales Advisor, Jeanette Halladey commented: “With just six properties now available at this development, each offering in excess of 2,000 square feet of top quality accommodation (apart from the bungalow which is approximately 880 sq ft), we are expecting the rest of these exciting family homes to be snapped up quickly. The location is just superb and the homes are exceptional, so we would advise anyone who is interested in finding out more about the homes available or about our part-exchange scheme, to register their interest as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”

Bloor Homes supports Gurkha

Bloor Homes donated £750 to the Mencap fund

With a development in Nuneaton that has attracted a large number of Gurkha families, house builder Bloor Homes took the opportunity to show its support for Nuneaton’s Gurkha community by sponsoring an afternoon of Nepalese music and dance.

Organised by the Gurkha Nepalese Cultural Group of Nuneaton, the event was held to help raise funds for the charity Mencap.

The event was the brainchild of businessmen Prakash Pun and Om Gurung MBE, both ex-Gurkha soldiers, who wanted to combine charity fundraising with an occasion which would help bring together Gurkha families living in the area with the wider local community.

Bloor Homes donated £750 to the Mencap fund being raised by the afternoon of entertainment at Bedworth Civic Hall.  Speaking on behalf of the company, Stuart Brown said:  “With the Gurkha Signals Regiment based at Gamecock Barracks, Bramcote,  there are now around 300 families living in Nuneaton and we have a number of Gurkha families who have made their home on our development.  We were delighted to be able to offer our support to this event which really was a magnificent display of Nepalese culture.”

The event was extremely well attended and guests at the afternoon’s entertainment included Nuneaton Mayor Cllr Don Navarrow, Marcus Jones MP and the High Commissioner of Nepal plus army representatives.

Stuart Brown & Anne Cadman, representatives of Bloor Homes, were delighted to present a cheque for £750 for the Mencap fund to Prakash Pun (chairman) & Babita Gurung (secretary) of the Gurkhas Group on the 19th May at our Nuns Retreat, Nuneaton development.

Perfect home for couple

Affordable, modern and spacious house

Currently available at Folly Park View are a range of three and four bedroom houses. Prices start from £224.950 and if you need to sell an existing home before purchasing, Bloor Homes might be able to buy your house under their full value part exchange scheme.

What do you want from your new home? Is finding a fantastic location your prime concern, is having a modern, spacious house the top of your list, or is value for money the key to your new home?

How about if you could have all of those? Bloor Homes’ Folly Park View development in Faringdon provided their dream home, in a perfect setting and at an affordable price, according to new purchasers Kim Livesey and Tom Kidd.

They bought their first home together – a two-bedroom Highgate style property –after six years living with Tom’s mother in Abingdon.  The couple were becoming more and more despondent as Kim explained: “The high property prices in Oxfordshire and the level of deposit required by mortgage lenders were making it impossible for us to afford a home of our own. We visited Folly Park View and were really impressed with the development as a whole but at the time there were no homes available within our price range.

“We carried on looking at other properties, probably around 40 in all,  but nothing compared to Folly Park View so when we got a call about six months later to let us know that more two-bedroom houses had become available, we were over the moon. We were so pleased that they had remembered us and had taken the time to get in touch to see if we were still looking for a home, that we quickly returned to the development and bought our home.”

The couple said they were surprised at just what they got for their money. Kim continued: “We’ve got two good sized bedrooms, a family bathroom and an ensuite, not to mention a garden, two parking spaces and quality fixtures and fittings throughout. We’d have got far less if we’d purchased a home in Abingdon and the location here is superb. We really couldn’t have asked for more. We love our new home.”

Currently available at Folly Park View are a range of three and four bedroom houses. Prices start from £224.950 and if you need to sell an existing home before purchasing, Bloor Homes might be able to buy your house under their full value part exchange scheme.

Folly Park View is conveniently situated close to the A420, which is ideal for those who work in nearby Oxford and Swindon, with Faringdon’s charming and historic town centre less than a mile away.
