Full time Sales Advisor

Are you a team player with confidence to work alone, experienced in sales preferably in new homes, self-motivated and enthusiastic?

In this role you will recognise that purchasing a home is often the biggest single outlay most people will ever make and you will have the confidence to build a rapport with potential buyers that continues throughout the entire buying process.

You must be an excellent communicator with a real understanding of customer needs, have significant experience in all areas of the New Homes business and be able to demonstrate your person to person sales experience.

You must have a positive, professional and friendly approach to work and be very flexible particularly with weekend working.

This role is often pressurised with targets to be met and standards to be maintained.

Car owner with full driving licence, flexible and willing to travel.

Full time position will include weekend working and bank holidays.
