Full Time Receptionist / Administrator

Our West Midlands Region has an immediate vacancy for the position of Full Time Receptionist / Administrator. This is a fixed term contract basis for 6 months based at their Regional Office in Tamworth:-

In this role, the ideal candidate will be computer literate, flexible and eager to learn and adapt in order to cover all aspects that will be required on a day-to-day basis to help with the current workload of our Sales Department. You may also be required to offer relief cover for holidays etc.

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following job description, with additional training given to enable you to cover other roles within the Department:

•  Reception / Switch board cover
•  Organising the post, both delivery and collection
•  General office duties
•  General office filing and shredding
•  Ordering of office stationery
•  Updating of both the company website and third party sites
•  Variation orders
•  Sales Admin holiday cover
