How It Works
The company will arrange three valuations of your property by local estate agents. The agents will be asked to provide a price for a six week sale.
If your property is currently on the market, your agent will not necessarily be one of the agents who is asked to prepare valuations unless you have signed a specific contract with that agent, in which case please let us know.
Based on the valuations received Bloor Homes will make you an offer for your home. For a limited period only this will represent 105% of the 'six week sale price'.
If our offer is accepted, you can reserve your new Bloor Home, subject to contract and survey.
In order to reserve your new Bloor Home a deposit of £750 is payable. This is non-refundable.

happy ending to a moving story
Couple are delighted with their purchase of a new 4 bedroom detached Fenwick house at Wilstock Village, Somerset, with the help of Bloor Homes Part Exchange offer.
When Emma and Allan Prettejohn first saw their fantastic 4 bedroom detached Fenwick at Wilstock Village, they never dreamed that they would be able to buy it - but then they talked it over with Site Sales Advisor Sue Hunt and their moving story had a very happy ending.
'It sounds really random', said Emma, 'but we were on our way back from the recycling centre when we first decided to call into Wilstock Village.
We'd actually wanted to move for quite a while. Some of our friends who used to be our neighbours had just bought a property here and told us that the houses were absolutely gorgeous and recommended us to take a look. So as we were passing, Allan said "shall we just drive by and see what it's like?" And as we pulled in we saw the showhomes and just thought WOW - but this is sure to be out of our price range. There was only one way to check though so we introduced ourselves at the sales centre and Sue offered to show us around. First she showed us the Willerby, then the 4 bed Dursley and finally she took us around the 4 bed Fenwick, just like this one, and we absolutely fell in love with it. Alan explained that their ideal plot, with a larger than average garden and raised patio, was taken at first but within a week or so it became available, much to his family's delight. Only one problem remained. That being the possibility of selling their existing semi- detached home in Bridgwater.

It's time to play at
Children from Somerset Bridge County Primary and Hamp Junior School in Bridgwater helped David Bowers of Mosaic Madness to design and construct a mosaic human sundial, which will be installed at Wilstock Village.
The fully functioning sundial will be installed shortly at a specially prepared site within an area of public open space at Bloor Homes flagship development at Wilstock Village in Bridgwater.
