"We used to live close by at St Georges in another new home", says Lisa, "and were actually thinking of buying a second-hand property this time. One day we saw the signs and just decided to call in at the sales complex".

It was the layout of the Oxbridge that convinced Lisa and Atif to buy one for themselves. Although there wasn't an example of the Oxbridge ready to view at Weston Gateway, the couple had already visited www. bloorhomes.com and seen the floor plans of the Oxbridge and were impressed by the lounge and separate kitchen on the ground floor and the fantastic master bedroom suite occupying the entire second floor.

"Luckily we were able to drive to Wyndham Park at Yeovil, where there was an Oxbridge showhome to view", says Atif, "and literally as soon as we walked through the front door we knew that this was it."

"And the bedroom really was amazing added Lisa, with the built-in wardrobes, the en-suite and all the space. When people come to see us they are really impressed."

"The house is perfect for us" says Atif, "and the Bloor sales team at Weston Gateway were all really helpful. They even gave us free carpets and flooring throughout and paid the 5% deposit. Bloor were also able to arrange a mortgage for us through their brokers and they were brilliant."
