The company will select three local estate agents, and arrange for independent valuations of your property.

We will take an average of the valuations of your property and make you an offer based on that amount.
If our offer is accepted, you can reserve your new Bloor Home, subject to contract and satisfactory structural survey.
You must pay a deposit of £750 which covers the increased administration costs and the possible requirement of a structural survey and is non refundable.

Rebecca Beer and Simon West both grew up in the South West but first met each other when they were studying at the Falmouth Campus of Exeter University.
Having decided to buy their first home together, the couple's fantastic new home is a two bedroom, two bathroom Marford house-type. "From our perspective", said Simon, " Bloor impressed us as being a company that takes great care both in the way that it deals with its purchasers and the manner in which they design and build their homes. We did consider other new homes as well as previously owned properties but it was the Bloor Homes product, and service which convinced us".
"And they were willing to negotiate over the asking price too, added Rebecca, "which really helped us to get the mortgage we needed".
When it comes to quality of construction Simon and Rebecca are very satisfied, " The standards of build and finish are fantastic", says Rebecca, "and we love the attention to detail".
From first seeing the property to moving in took just a month. "The whole process was really easy", says Simon, "and everyone, from the sales team to the site personnel couldn't have been more helpful".
