You could move with as little as 4% deposit with the BRAND NEW Government-backed equity scheme 'Help to Buy', which applies to all our homes up to the value of £600,000.
How 'Help to Buy' works

With a 95% mortgage you could be moving into a new home sooner than you thought. It's availalbe to anyone buying one of our new homes in England, up to a maximum of £500,000.

Under the new programme, developed jointly by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and Council of Mortgage Lenders, 95% percent mortgages will be made available to existing homeowners as well as first-time buyers (FTBs) on new-build properties (houses and flats) worth up to £500,000.
The typical deposit needed to buy a home is 20 per cent; so for a home worth £200,000 buyers using the NewBuy scheme need a deposit of just £10,000 rather than £40,000.
NewBuy Eligibility Criteria:-
• The NewBuy scheme is only available to purchasers of new build houses or flats, priced up to £500,000.
• Purchasers may be first-time buyers, living in rented or those already on the property ladder.
• Purchasers must be UK citizens or those with a right to remain indefinitely in the country.
• The NewBuy scheme is only open to those purchasing their principal home.
• The NewBuy scheme is not available for shared ownership or shared equity purchases.

You pay an agreed percentage of the price before you move in, then pay the remaining percentage (of the current value of the property) when you decide to sell. Or you may choose to settle in full at any time within the next 10 years*
BloorHomesStart 2 is a new and exciting scheme by Bloor Homes, which gives you the chance to own 100% of your new home for an agreed percentage of the price now.
With this scheme, it has been shown that it can be cheaper to buy a brand new home rather than rent a property.
Particularly in the current market where the cost of houses is lower than it has been for some time, now is an ideal time to buy, as historically it has been known for properties to recover and increase to above their market value over a 5-10 year period.
Typical Example (based on 90% / 10%):
Purchase a typical Bloor Home priced at £205,000. You pay just 90% (£184,500) of the value at time of purchase. You then have up to 10 years to pay the remaining 10% balance at the current market value at the time of repayment.
This is secured by a second mortgage. i.e if the property is sold or transferred for £210,000 then 10% (£21,000) is payable to the company plus costs. Likewise if the property was to be sold or transferred for £200,000 then 10% (£20,000) is payable to the company plus costs.

How It Works
The company will arrange three valuations of your property by local estate agents. The agents will be asked to provide a price for a six week sale.
If your property is currently on the market, your agent will not necessarily be one of the agents who is asked to prepare valuations unless you have signed a specific contract with that agent, in which case please let us know.
Based on the valuations received Bloor Homes will make you an offer for your home. For a limited period only this will represent 105% of the 'six week sale price'.
If our offer is accepted, you can reserve your new Bloor Home, subject to contract and survey.
In order to reserve your new Bloor Home a deposit of £750 is payable. This is non-refundable.

NewBuy - 95% mortgages!
The perfect opportunity to get moving!
Late last year, we reported on the government's plans to stimulate the housing market with a package of new measures aimed at getting "Britain building again".
Headlining the range of measures was a proposal to allow First-time buyers of new homes to be able to borrow up to 95% of their value backed up by a government underwritten mortgage indemnity scheme.
Last week, Housing Minister Grant Shapps, confirmed that the scheme, now renamed NewBuy Guarantee, will be launched officially next month.
Although it was originally intended for first-time buyers, NewBuy is now to be extended to all UK buyers of new homes at up to £500,000.
Key to the scheme is the fact that lenders will be given a guarantee that they won’t lose out (say, for example, if you end up with negative equity and your home is repossessed and sold at a loss) as the government will commit to cover mortgage indemnity costs. These will be paid by the taxpayers and developers.
With a 95%, government backed indemnity mortgage, you could very soon be able to buy a new Bloor Home with only a 5% deposit!
