I have been with the company for 26 years. I started off as a Trainee Engineer and have now progressed to a Construction Director. I was always interested in construction/building homes and this was recognised. You get out what you put in.

I started with Bloor Homes as a Trainee Surveyor in the summer of 1995 after finishing my A Levels.  My hard work has always been acknowledged with progressive promotions culminating in my promotion to Commercial Director.

In my role I have the opportunity to influence the creation of the site layouts from an engineering point of view during the pre-planning stages. This helps reduce the impact of engineering comments further down the line once planning is granted and ensures a smoother process during the technical approval stages.
